After completing his carpentry apprenticeship, Jaye went on to work for a builder for 12 years; learning the tricks of the trade and fine-tuning his skills.&nbsp; But ever the entrepreneur, he simultaneously maintained his side business which by that stage had expanded into a much wider range of building projects. So when Jaye decided to break out on his own and start&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/jetconbuilders.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jetcon<\/a>&nbsp;in 2017, he was already well-established within the construction industry and therefore had a constant flow of work.
