Your domain

As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating and implementing strategies to elevate our company’s online presence and performance.

In this global role, you will manage, optimize, and scale paid media, pay per click and paid social campaigns, on Google, Bing, Facebook, Gartner, G2 and other platforms for our SaaS B2B business.

Responsibilities include conducting keyword research, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing ad spend and ensuring localization is part of our marketing strategy. Your close alignment with the Buildxact Marketing Team will ensure seamless integration with our business objectives

What you’ll nail

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Gartner (PPC, PPL), G2, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms, to enhance visibility, lead generation, and sales for our SaaS B2B business.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of paid media campaigns, including budget management, performance monitoring, and optimization, using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for keyword research and analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with the brand content marketing, SEO, CRO, and website teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives, ensuring seamless integration of ad campaigns, budgets, and landing pages for maximum effectiveness across different regions and audience segments.
  • Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including A/B, multivariate, geographic, and localization tests, to optimize creatives, landing pages, and ad formats for optimal conversion rates and engagement. Utilize tools such as Unbounce, VWO, and Full Story for these purposes.
  • Monitor competitors in the paid media space performing competitive tasks such as analyzing auction insights, monitoring search impression share and conducting market share analysis.
  • Proactively report on trends and insights to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Communicate campaign results and insights with the marketing team and participate in strategy meetings to refine and improve paid media campaigns. Develop standard operating procedures for paid media management to set performance standards and streamline execution. 

Your toolkit

  • Proven expertise and demonstration in efficiently managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant paid media platforms are highly desired.
  • Proven experience in landing page creation, testing, and optimization, preferably using Unbounce.
  • Skilled in keyword research, analytics, and data interpretation, with proficiency in using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
  • Demonstrable experience with A/B, multivariate, and full-funnel testing using tools such as VWO, Hotjar, and Full Story.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Gartner PPC, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Reddit Ads.
  • Experience managing campaigns in a B2B environment, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and communicate campaign results with the marketing team.
  • Demonstrated efficiency in budget management for optimizing campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, preferably WordPress.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media best practices, and industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Austin, Texas.

As Senior SEO Specialist, you will be a key individual contributor executing both on page technical analysis / audits, as well as working with content teams on content gap analysis, keyword research, and ensuring content is both competitive, and complies with Google and Bing’s latest guidelines on high quality, high valued content. This is a global role where you will work in close partnership with the Director of Demand Generation and the Content Marketing, social, web and CRO teams across multiple geographies.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on SEO expert who is passionate about working with data to solve complex SEO initiatives and optimization plans within the construction management software industry.

Your domain

Buildxact is looking for a data-driven, customer-obsessed email marketing manager/lifecycle marketing manager to drive campaign strategy and execution for multiple countries across several email platforms. In this role you will be responsible for helping to define and execute critical email marketing strategies with a global scope. This role will manage development and execution of all email campaigns across the customer journey, including full-funnel marketing and sales email campaigns, customer and retention email campaigns, industry partner email campaigns, and enterprise email campaigns. Management of these campaigns will include automated flows, engagement and promotional emails from strategy to execution with a strong foundation in B2B SaaS best practices.

This is a critical role in the Buildxact Marketing team as we look to scale acquisition and engagement and improve retention in our core growth markets. This role will support select international markets and cross-functional programs, including Builder Direct, Industry Partner and Enterprise. They will help with strategic alignment, setting OKRs, managing localization and more.

What you’ll nail

  • Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategy across the customer journey lifecycle.
  • Create targeted and segmented email campaigns to drive prospect consideration and decision, customer engagement and retention.
  • Write compelling and effective email copy that aligns with brand voice and resonates with the target audience at the appropriate stage in their lifecycle journey.
  • Create user journey maps that connect timely, personalized communications to key moments in the customer lifecycle.
  • Optimize content for different segments, ensuring relevance and personalization.
  • Develop an A/B testing roadmap to identify opportunities for increasing time-to-value and conversion.
  • Conduct A/B testing on various email automations and campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates and conversions.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and implement continuous optimization strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports on email performance, to include identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and segment customer email lists based on user behavior and ideal customer profile demographics and segmentations.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices regionally.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to implement and optimize marketing automation workflows and real time event triggers to lead nurturing, customer onboarding and customer retention goals.
  • Work closely with product, sales, demand gen, marketing communications, customer success, enterprise and industry partner teams to align marketing with overall customer experience goals

Your toolkit

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • 3-5 years proven experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech industry. Additional experience with writing copy for the residential construction industry is preferred.
  • Experience with customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and automation (e.g. Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, or similar).
  • Proficiency in CRM software platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar).
  • Proficiency in project management software platforms (e.g. Asana, Trello, Monday or similar).
  • Basic HTML knowledge for email template customization.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics and make data-backed decisions.
