Lynne Williams serves as Executive Director of HomeAid Austin and as an Affiliate Advisory Council (AAC) Representative for HomeAid America. In nearly four years of leadership, she has accelerated HomeAid Austin’s impact by adding 37 new beds across 29,342 square feet of housing valued at more than $1.5 million—serving over 103,000 individuals and mobilizing the collection of more than 901,000 essential items for neighbors experiencing homelessness.
With a professional background in construction and finance, Lynne brings both strategic insight and operational discipline to her leadership, serving as a bridge between the building industry and innovative homelessness solutions. She believes builders are powerful community problem-solvers and is passionate about advancing dignity-centered housing that restores stability and hope. At both the local and national levels, she is committed to strengthening partnerships, elevating best practices, and scaling collaborative, construction-driven solutions across the HomeAid network.
Outside of her work, Lynne is a proud mom to a teacher and an engineer, a lover of dogs and gardening, and someone who finds renewal in the great outdoors — grounding the heart behind her belief that everyone deserves a safe place to call home.
