She brings more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, housing, and community development.
Since joining Rebuilding Together, Carlson has led the organization’s efforts to expand its national impact—mobilizing volunteers, strengthening corporate and community partnerships, and advancing innovative approaches to safe and healthy housing. Under her leadership, the organization continues to address critical housing needs for older adults, veterans, and families with children, with a focus on helping people remain safely in the homes and communities they love.
